日本食はもちろん、イタリアン・フレンチなどのエッセンスを加えた
様々なジャンルの料理をお作りします。
旬の食材をお客様の好みに合わせて「完全おまかせコース」に仕上げ、日本酒ペアリングをご用意します。
ホームパーティーや日本酒会、ご自宅や別荘、キッチンがあれば開催場所は問いません。

The "Pairing dinner" service started with Chef Inoue's special thoughts.
In addition to Japanese culinary style, we also added the essence of Italian and French cuisine.
We will prepare a "complete omakase course'' using seasonal ingredients to suit your taste,
and a sake pairing.
